Bahati Foundation made a special donation of seven thousand dollars of musical instruments to Compton High School as part of the Digital Hollywood music initiative .

The Bahati Foundation is proud to announce its support of Digital Hollywood’s, High School Music Company Project with Compton Unified School District, by making a donation of required musical instruments to deserving Compton High School students. Internationally renowned pro-cyclist and foundation founder, Rahsaan Bahati partners with The Guitar Center to donate musical instruments to Compton High Students as part of Digital Hollywood’s High School Music Company Project, dinner Wednesday, October 21, 6pm – 8:30pm, Salon 1 at Ritz Carlton Hotel Marina del Rey, 4375 Admiralty Way, Marina Del Rey, CA.
The Bahati Foundation is dedicated to supporting and enriching the lives of underserved inner-city youths through various educational, health and fitness outreach initiatives, such as its “Adopt-a-School Platform, Plan B-Cycle Initiative and its Bahati Club Rides. These outreach initiatives offer selected participating inner-city students access to cycling training in a healthy competitive atmosphere. Bahati Foundation has successfully introduced outreach initiatives to three Los Angeles area High Schools; Verbum Dei High School in Watts - http://www.verbumdei.us/, LAUSD’s Crenshaw High School - http://www.lausd.k12.ca.us/Crenshaw_HS/home/main.html, and James Monroe S.T.E.M. High School - http://www.monroehs.org/.
